Katie + Greg // Wedding Film // Maui, HI

Katie and Greg first approached us in the Spring of 2015 with the thought of putting together a welcome video for all their family and friends who would be joining them for their December wedding in Maui. We filmed their engagement party in Eugene, OR at the Oregon Electric Station  and it was at this time we realized how amazing of a love they shared. We sat down with them during the Summer and filmed the interviews for their Love Story as well as a trip to the park to capture some family time with Greg’s son Reece. One thing that became apparent right out of the gate is how prepared Katie was to plan her wedding to Greg. There was no detail left out and there were so many personal touches along the way. We immediately felt right at home and were welcomed to Maui with incredibly sweet gift bags. We began the wedding week on Thursday with a guided snorkel trip along with about 20 of Greg and Katie’s guests. The water in HI was was crystal clear and provided for some amazing fish and turtle viewing. Thursday evening we were treated to our first sunset and we took full advantage by sneaking Katie and Greg out to a secluded beach for some intimate beauty shots and aerial footage. Friday evening was the rehearsal dinner at Maui Brewing Co. The dinner was catered in and the beers were out of this world. We had an amazing experience out on the deck with Katie and Greg’s family and bridal party.

The pre wedding festivities were in Wailea where Katie and Greg stayed during their trip. The girls were in the very capable hands of R-n Shimabuku who did an incredible job on their makeup.  Their ceremony and reception were at the amazing Haiku Mill. The decor and flowers were out of this world by the amazing Teresa Sena Design. Super fun specialty drinks were crafted by Garnish Craft Cocktails and the meal was expertly prepared and catered by Capische?.

Once the dance floor was open it was packed until the night ended. Chris of Clarity Entertainment Maui  rocked the house and Tamiz Photography captured it all in some amazing photos!

This was truly one of those amazing life experiences that we won’t soon forget. From the moment we stepped on the island we felt like family and were so honored to document this amazing time in Katie and Greg’s life. We wish them a lifetime of Love and Happiness!

Jessica + Ryan // Wedding Film // Eugene,OR

To say that working with Jessica & Ryan was a pleasure, would be an understatement. They and their family and friends share such a commitment to each other that we knew it would take the whole weekend to capture their incredible wedding story.

We began at Route 5 Wine Bar at  Inn at the 5th in downtown Eugene, OR the night before the wedding for their rehearsal dinner. We shared a great dinner and captured some amazing memories shared by Jess & Ryan’s closest family and friends. It was also at this dinner that we met their wedding photographers Alice & Josh from Mosca Studio. They were awesome to hang out with and it was apparent we were all there to capture what was going to be an amazing wedding day.

The morning of the wedding the bride and groom each got ready at the Inn at the 5th in separate suites. Jessica was so calm even though it was obvious there was a lot going on. We filmed a very quiet moment after all the other girls had left between Jess and her Mom as she got into her dress. A special moment indeed.

It was a beautiful catholic ceremony at St. Mary’s Church in Eugene, Or. After exiting the Church following the ceremony we followed Jess & Ryan as they drove around town in their vintage wedding day ride. We may have ran a few red lights to keep up and shout out to Josh from Mosca Studio for taking over the steering wheel as we captured the driving shots!

Following the family photos everyone loaded up into the Eugene Party Bus for some post wedding celebration. The wedding party made their way out to Shadow Hills for an amazing reception and party. Parties to Go did an amazing job with decorations and Luxe Event Productions made sure everything went off perfectly!  BMac Productions kept the party going all night long and it was a wedding weekend for the ages. Congratulations to Jessica & Ryan Dwyer!

Colleen + Kris // Wedding Film // Bend,OR

“Its a small world”…That thought comes to mind when thinking about how it came to be that we filmed Kris & Colleen’s Wedding on June 28th, 2014 in Bend, OR. You see, we share a special connection with Colleen that we only both realized after we had connected and talked about their wedding. It turns out that Colleen’s childhood best friend, has been one of our best friends for the past 15 years! When we found this out we knew that their wedding day would be a special one…and were we ever right.

Bend, OR is a special place for Kris and Colleen so having their wedding there fit perfectly with what they enjoy doing. They spent the days prior to their wedding rafting with friends, enjoying the amazing craft beer, and celebrating the upcoming wedding with a group of family and friends that were so welcoming and fun to be around!

We started the day off with coffee and a walk in downtown Bend.  It was important for Kris and Colleen to connect with each before the wedding and what better way than taking their dogs for a walk along the waterfront. The guys proceeded for an amazing breakfast at Jackson’s Corner (best breakfast in Bend according to this videographer:) while the girls enjoyed some relaxing yoga and an intimate breakfast with Colleen’s family.

The ceremony/Reception took place at the amazingly beautiful  Broken Top Club which is full of both gorgeous views of the golf course and the Cascade mountains. We met up with Ashley & Josh from Take a Look Photography and they were so sweet to work alongside. If you are in need of a wedding photographer, they are based out of Portland and do an awesome job!  The reception was a blast as the guests enjoyed the music by DJ Dan Dubay and the Video Guest Book was packed all night with family and friends leaving heartfelt and hilarious messages for the happy couple.

We wish Colleen & Kris a lifetime of happiness!

Katie + Foster // Wedding Film // Portland, OR

Surrounded by family and friends, Katie and Foster were married June 21st, 2014 at the beautiful Abernethy Center in Portland, OR.  The sun was shining on this first day of summer and all the action was captured by Annesha Montez Photography. The decorations were stunning with floral arrangements provided by Rhythm & Blooms. Barry Macguire of Bmac Productions  kept the dance floor hopping until the very end.  Katie and Foster were so sweet to work with and as you can see it was a very emotional, beautiful wedding day. This Portland Oregon Wedding Film was captured by Happily Ever After Films.

Randi + Brad // Wedding Film // Monroe, OR

We knew going into this day that it was going to be an emotional wedding to film.  Brad was seriously injured 3 years ago when he jumped into a river to save a co-worker who had been critically injured in a construction accident. Brad didn’t realize the severity of his injuries until after he had performed CPR on his friend to keep him alive and the medics got there.  Randi described to us the phone call she got and rushed to the hospital to be with him.  What was so great about working with Randi & Brad was how open they were to us on their wedding day. Their film features a lot of candid moments that we never even asked for. They just wanted us to know how incredible each other was and that through all the challenges they faced, they always had each others’ back. Their wedding was a perfect example of why wedding videography is so important. They have such an amazing love story and we were honored to tell it!

We couldn’t have asked for better weather and a beautiful location at Inn at Diamond Woods Golf Course. Photography was captured by Craig Paulsen Photography. Craig and his wife Hilary were awesome to work with and we recommend them if you’re ever up in the Corvallis area!

  • Kati Wyatt - Absolutely stunning! I’ve cried each time I’ve watched it. I will HIGHLY recommend you to others. I’m at a lost for words at how wonderful this turned out. Thank you both so much from the core of my being.
